about Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Stickley has completed her Masters of Counseling degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is now licensed with the state of North Carolina. She owns her own private practice in Charlotte called Hope Counseling.

She is passionate about holding space for her clients to explore their stories, and for them to feel seen and known through the process of counseling. She is in her final rotation before graduating in December 2022 and pursuing full licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She enjoys working with adult individuals, couples, and children. She has experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her approach integrates Acceptance & Commitment Theory (ACT) alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS) and narrative therapy. During her free time, Kaitlyn loves spending time with friends, reading a good book, exploring new coffee shops, and traveling.
