
Hiatt Fields is a trauma-informed Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who helps people of all ages and backgrounds connect more deeply to their story, their truest selves, and the world around them. She specializes in spiritual issues, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, and trauma recovery.
Hiatt graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She has worked both overseas and locally with non-profits serving survivors of human trafficking and has a passion and a heart to walk alongside people on their paths to recovery, healing, and restoration. Art and the creative process have been a significant part of her own healing journey. She has witnessed how the creative process can unlock deeper levels of healing for people and she often incorporates creative expression and art therapy in her practice as it suits the client’s needs. Hiatt has completed additional training in: Internal Family Systems, Narrative Trauma Care, EMDR Therapy, Art & Nature Therapy, and Spiritual Direction.
Hiatt uses a variety of approaches to therapy, including Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Experiential Therapies such as art, writing, and nature therapy. She is passionate about helping people who feel lost, disconnected, or insecure.
