Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (NC-A17026) offering support to primarily women in the state of North Carolina. Her passions and specialties include spiritual issues, prenatal and postpartum issues for first-time and seasoned parents, life transitions, older adults, and helping people grow in self awareness and creating boundaries for healthy living.
She loves gently helping people explore how their stories have impacted how they see themselves, the world, and God. When we see how our stories have shaped us, we can begin to understand ourselves and our struggles more clearly, giving us the space to heal and make changes. Her strong Christian faith is foundational to how she understands the world, and she loves getting to help her clients who are interested explore how their stories fit in with God’s story and the impact that has on their lives.
She tailors her approach with each client to match their unique needs. She often gives practical support and tools to help alleviate major struggles at the start. Then, she loves to explore her clients’ stories on a deeper level to help get to the heart of their hindrances. She sees herself as a gentle guide walking beside her clients as they set the pace.
She wants to make you feel seen, known, and comfortable in order to take the intimidation and awkwardness out of working through soul-level issues. By coming alongside you and asking good questions, she hopes to help you understand yourself and the world more fully as you pursue healing and growth. Please reach out to schedule an appointment!
